Day 01 - Arrive Mangalore airport and drive to Sulthan Battery
Originally called ‘Ganpathivattom,’ Sulthan Battery got its present name during the 18th century. Tipu Sultan annexed the Jain temple in the region and used it as an ammunition store or battery. Situated on the Kozhikode-Kollegal highway, Sulthan Battery is the largest town in the Wayanad district. The ancient temples and vibrant local history of the town add to its charm and have made it a popular tourist destination. Sulthan Battery is famous for its prehistoric Edakkal caves and a legendary Jain temple that dates back to the 13th century. The temple carries evidence of strong influences from the architectural style favored by the erstwhile Vijayanagara dynasty. Check-in at the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 05 - Bekal to Kannur
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Kannur (approx. 90 KMS). On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Kannur is a beautiful city located on the Malabar Coast of Kerala. It is known for its beautiful beaches, ancient temples, and traditional handloom industries. The city has a rich cultural heritage and is famous for its unique ritual art form called Theyyam. Visit St. Angelo Fort and the local handloom weaving center. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 06 - Kannur to Wayanad (Vythiri)
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Vythiri (approx. 100 KMS). On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Vythiri is a small town and hill station located in the Wayanad district of Kerala. It is known for its lush green forests, tea and coffee plantations, and beautiful landscapes. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 07 - In Wayanad
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the prehistoric Edakkal caves, which are located at a height of 1,200 meters above sea level and contain rock carvings dating back to the Neolithic age. Also visit Pookode Lake, a scenic freshwater lake surrounded by evergreen forests and rolling hills. Return to the hotel for the overnight.

Day 08 - Wayanad to Kozhikode
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Kozhikode (approx. 80 KMS). On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Kozhikode, also known as Calicut, is a city on the Malabar Coast of Kerala. It was a major trading center for spices in ancient times and was the place where Vasco da Gama first landed in India. Visit the local spice markets and Kappad Beach. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 09 - Kozhikode to Kumarakom
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Kumarakom (approx. 260 KMS). On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Kumarakom is a beautiful backwater destination located on the banks of Lake Vembanad. It is known for its serene backwaters, lush green landscapes, and diverse birdlife.
