Day 1: Drive to Namobuddha.
Arrive in Kathmandu and begin a scenic drive to Namobuddha. Upon arrival, check in to your monastery guesthouse and take time to unwind, soaking in the peaceful surroundings and tranquil atmosphere of the monastery.
The rest of the day is at leisure to relax and gently settle into the serene rhythm of monastic life.

Day 2: Immersion into Monastic Life at Namobuddha
Meet your guide in the morning and take time to fully settle into your stay at Namobuddha. Participate in the late morning puja ceremony at the monastery, offering a meaningful introduction to the spiritual rhythm of monastic life.
Following this, engage in a gentle yoga session and guided meditation. Later, explore the monastery and its serene surroundings, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere and panoramic views.

After breakfast, you may choose to self-participate in a gentle morning yoga session at Namobuddha, enjoying a final moment of stillness in the peaceful monastery surroundings.
Thereafter, your pick-up will arrive for the drive back to Kathmandu, where you will be dropped at your hotel for your onward journey, carrying with you a sense of calm and clarity from your time in Namobuddha.
